Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data from the app.
Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)
Open the app and go to Profile → Help & Legal → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account is processed immediately.
Option 2: Request by email
- Send an email to veljkovulovic1@gmail.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- We will confirm your identity and process your request within 7 days.
What Happens Immediately
When your account is deleted, the following is removed straight away:
- Your personal information (name, email address, phone number, password, and check-in code)
- Push notification tokens
- Upcoming class bookings (cancelled)
What Is Retained
Some records are kept in anonymised form – no longer linked to your name, email, or phone number – for legitimate business and legal/accounting purposes:
- Attendance and check-in history
- Membership and payment records
These anonymised records cannot be used to identify you.
